2. The Service

The Service provides access to a global network of servers that allows you to browse the internet securely and privately using OpenVPN, PPTP, L2TP, and WireGuard protocols. We provide official apps for various platforms to connect your devices to our network.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Access or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.
• Impersonate any person or entity or provide false information.
• Distribute viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, corrupted files or any other items of a destructive or deceptive nature.
• Access any unauthorized areas of our servers or network.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
• Bypass or circumvent our measures to prevent or limit access to the Service.
• Our Right to Suspend or Terminate Access

We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including for violations of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content and other materials contained therein, including, without limitation, the DeepVPN logo and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, data, software, sound files, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, "Materials") are the proprietary property of DeepVPN or its licensors or users and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

7.a Payment

You can access the Service by making a one-time payment. You can extend your access by purchasing additional plans. DeepVPN does not offer recurring subscriptions or pay-as-you-go plans, only discrete one-time payments that allow you to extend your access period.

THE SERVICE AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. DEEPVPN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DEEPVPN IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, WHETHER OF DATA, REPUTATION, GOODWILL, PROFIT, REVENUE OR ANY OTHER LOSS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless DeepVPN, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third party right. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms.

10. Ability to Accept Terms of Service

You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, and representations set forth in these Terms.

11. Assignment

These Terms, and any rights granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you but may be assigned by DeepVPN without restriction or notification to you.

12. General

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms to the Service or by otherwise notifying you. Your continued use of the Service will confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and DeepVPN with respect to the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still be valid and enforceable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in British.
